Hi, looking at the Gunyah or Mia Mia. How does this work – is it prefabbed or locally built. Does price include shipping / crane? Who does ground work? Is the material fireproof to ensure complying development?

Our office kits are built using the same process as our Kit Homes and are delivered as flat pack kits, which are assembled during the construction process. Please be aware that the price listed does not cover shipping and crane fees. The Owner Builder is responsible for preparing the groundwork.
