“What design options are there?”

Typically there are three pathways you can take when designing with iBuild. These are:

    1. You love an iBuild design and only want to make some minor tweaks (if any). If you choose this option:

→ You can go straight to the preliminary design agreement. 

→ Make minor changes to the floor plan for free!

    2. Design your own own custom kit home – This includes bringing your own design completely or making significant changes to an iBuild design. 

→ With this option you can get a preliminary agreement with a proposal fee. This fee will form part of the total contract price. 

    3. Bring your own floor plan, elevation, site plan, specs and engineering designs already completed

→ With this option, a custom cost estimate can be given for a proposal fee based on the provided build details
