This means you could construct an Avila as a granny flat in your backyard while bypassing planning permits previously required by council. Avila is compliant with current Silver Livable Standards for accessibility as well.
This Avila MV is like our standard Avila, without our covered decking. This keeps our total covered area within 60 sqm, allowing for this permit exemption.
