How It Works
Simple installation process, precise results
Prepare Concrete Foundation
Pour and level concrete footings/pads according to engineering specifications and site requirements. Ensure proper curing time before proceeding.
Attach Base Plate to Foundation
Position the base plate (2-hole or 4-hole option) onto the concrete footing. Secure with anchor bolts through the 14mm bolt holes. Ensure base plate is level.
Insert RHS Post into Base Plate
Slide the 90x90mm post into the base plate sleeve. Secure with 4 Tek screws to fix the post firmly in place. No welding required.
Install Top Connector & Thread
Attach the adjustable top connector to the post using 4 Tek screws. The M30 thread mechanism sits at the top with rotatable nut for height adjustment.
Attach Top Plate (L-Shaped or T-Shaped)
Select and attach your chosen top plate (L-shaped or T-shaped) to the threaded connector. This provides the interface for your bearer or joist connection.
Adjust Height by Turning Nut
Turn the rotatable nut on the M30 thread to raise or lower the stump height. Achieve micro-level precision to ensure perfect floor leveling across all stumps.
Secure & Complete Installation
Once all stumps are precisely leveled, secure the locking mechanism. Install bearers/joists to the top plates using appropriate fixings (screws or bolts through provided holes).
