iBuild Deliveries: Staged Schedule & Inclusions

Charles Christodoulou: I’ll stop you there and I’ll answer your query.

Charles Christodoulou: All deliveries are made strategically and in consultation with you as to when you need them. So we don’t just drop off the whole lock-up kit, for example, in one hit. We’ll probably deliver the wall frames and roof trusses first, then the next delivery could be just the cladding, and there could be a separate delivery just for windows. But it will all be done in consultation with you, and we have up to nine deliveries. iBuild does not have a factory stocked with materials.

Charles Christodoulou: All materials will come from local suppliers. So if you’re in hypothetically Western Australia, all the materials would come from suppliers in Perth. None would come from iBuild, right? And that way we’re trying to keep our cost down. For example, we would not deliver the plasterboard before your house is up to lock-up stage, because if someone left the plasterboard outside and it rained, it could destroy all the plasterboard. We’re all in trouble.

iBuild coordinates deliveries in staged batches so you receive the right materials at the right time – minimising on-site storage, reducing damage risk, and keeping your project moving smoothly.
