Slab Engineering for iBuild Kit Homes

Typically, iBuild’s kit home includes structural engineering design for all materials we supply above the foundation level.

If your site requires a slab-on-ground, as this is not part of our standard inclusions, we recommend that you arrange the slab and its engineering directly with your chosen concreter.

However, if needed, we can offer optional slab engineering design and certification, tailored to your specific site conditions, at an additional cost. You can then use these slab engineering drawings to obtain accurate quotes from local concreters.
