Are iBuild kit homes NCC compliant?

Yes. iBuild designs kit homes to meet the National Construction Code (NCC) for Class 1a dwellings and, where relevant, Class 10a buildings – provided you build strictly to the approved plans.

When you assemble the kit as specified – including foundations, structural framing, wind/cyclone and bushfire (BAL) requirements, energy efficiency, and insulation – and obtain the necessary planning and building approvals, your iBuild kit home complies with Australian residential building standards.
