Description
The Preliminary Design Agreement includes:
- Architectural Drafting: Preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans and elevation plans, along with specifications tailored for design purposes only (not intended for construction).
- Amendment Allowance: Two rounds of alterations and amendments to the drawings and specifications as requested by the owner, with the first hour of drafting service for each change being complimentary. Subsequent change requests beyond the initial two will incur a fee of $150+GST per hour, with a minimum charge of two hours.
- Complimentary Land Title Service: Provision of a complimentary service to obtain copies of the necessary land title and plan documents through the Land Registry of the applicable State or Territory. This service is provided as needed for the project and is offered at no additional cost to the Owner.
- Supply Proposal Preparation: Creation of a proposal outlining the supply of the home based on the provided drawings and specifications.
The pricing here includes the PA fee of $3,300 and a credit card surcharge of $56.40. The PA fee of $3,300 will be included in the 10% contract deposit should you choose to proceed with iBuild as your kit supplier following the completion of the Preliminary Design.
