Standard finish for internal walls and ceiling is coated steel sheet. The seam lines between wall and ceiling panels are not noticeable.

If you prefer to fill up the seam line, you can do that using similar products to those used to join plaster boards.

Standard floor covering is vinyl. It is possible to upgrade to laminated timber floor or carpet as you prefer for dry areas.

The unit can sit on concrete slab, stumps or sub floor.  Many of our clients find screen piles are the most cost effective footing.
