When Wesley first started planning his home extension, he reached out to iBuild but wasn’t quite ready to proceed. Other builders had quoted around $300,000 – far beyond his budget – so he decided to focus on renovating his home first.

Three years later, when the time was right, Wesley returned to iBuild, drawn to the flexibility of our process. Unlike traditional builders who take full control, he wanted the freedom to work with his own builder and incorporate his passion for passive house standards.
