When you choose to build an iBuild kit home there are several standard kit inclusions that can you select for your home. Check out the brief outline of out inclusion list below:

1. Design – Free Drawings & Free Energy Report for all iBuild Kit Homes
2. Lock Up Kit – Total of 4 deliveries
   
   • Frame
   • Insulation (Insulation and Cladding delivered together)
   • Cladding
   • Roofing
   • Windows and Doors
3. Lining Kit –  Total of 2 Deliveries
   
   •  Plasterboards & Accessories
   • Second Fix (comes with Robes & Insulation)
   • Robes
   • Insulation
4. Final Kit – Total of 2 Deliveries
   
   • Front of Walls Items
   • Kitchen Jointer
   • Note electrical and plumbing items are often not provided due to regulations/ local trade preferences.
