The cost of modifying a design can vary based on the extent of changes you desire for one of iBuild’s standard designs.

For minor alterations to an iBuild design, you are entitled to two free hours of drafting service covered by the preliminary agreement you sign with iBuild. However, if you require additional changes beyond those two hours, a drafting service fee of $150 + GST per hour will apply (for a minimum of two hours).
