Getting Started with a Rooming House Project Through iBuild
iBuild does support rooming house projects, but these builds require a custom design tailored to meet specific council and compliance requirements.
To begin, clients are required to pay a design deposit, which covers the preparation of working drawings and costings. iBuild will assist with:
- Drafting
- PermitĀ
However, please note that iBuild does not provide construction labour. Builders or owner-builders must organise the actual build on-site.
