Privacy Collection Notice

This notice explains how iBuild Building Solutions collects and handles your personal information when you enter the 12 for 12 Milestone Competition. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.
Who is collecting your information
Levi Pty Ltd as trustee for the iBuild Trust, ABN 77 579 054 898, trading as iBuild Building Solutions, of Eastern Innovation, 5A Hartnett Close, Mulgrave, Victoria.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and postal address.
- Your iBuild contract type and build stage.
- The photos and any video you submit, which may include images of you, your family and other people.
- Records of your entry and any correspondence with us.
Why we collect it
- To run and administer the Competition, including verifying your eligibility as an iBuild customer.
- To dispatch your $120 Celebration Pack.
- To judge entries, and to contact and pay winners.
- To use your submitted photos and any video across our website, social media, press, printed materials and the iBuild Client Projects MapView, in line with the media licence you grant when you enter.
- To respond to your enquiries.
The media licence
Entering requires you to grant iBuild a licence to publish your photos and any video, together with your first name and the suburb and state of your home. This means your content - which may identify you and other people in it - may be published publicly by iBuild and shared on third-party platforms such as social media.
Who we may share it with
- Our staff and the judging panel, including one independent judge.
- Service providers who help us run the Competition - for example, mail and courier services for pack delivery, the gift card issuer, and our website, hosting and file-storage providers (which may include cloud services such as Google Workspace / Google Drive and our WordPress host).
- Social media and publishing platforms when we publish your content under the media licence.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia.
Photos of people under 18
If your photos or video include a person under 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to their inclusion.
If you do not provide your information
Providing your information is voluntary. However, we cannot accept your entry, send a Celebration Pack, or include you in judging without the information and the media licence described above.
How long we keep it
Entry information is retained for three years after the Competition closes and is then de-identified or deleted, except that winners' information is kept for seven years for tax and audit purposes.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your media licence for future use, or make a privacy complaint by contacting us using the details below. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle privacy complaints.
