Stay, inspect, and we'll reimburse the cost
Book a stay at Henry's Cottage Penola to inspect the quality and design for yourself. If you go on to sign a Supply Contract for your own iBuild project, we'll reimburse the cost of up to two nights' accommodation (up to $500 in value) once your project is complete.

- Eligibility. This offer is available to prospective iBuild customers who book and complete a stay at an iBuild Stay & Inspect property listed on this page, and who subsequently enter into a signed Supply Contract with iBuild for a qualifying kit home project.
- Reimbursement amount. iBuild will reimburse the cost of up to two (2) nights' accommodation, to a maximum value of $500 (inclusive of GST). Reimbursement is calculated on the accommodation cost only and does not include additional charges such as cleaning fees, platform service fees, or incidental expenses.
- How to claim. Retain your booking confirmation and receipt of payment. Once your iBuild project is complete, submit your accommodation receipt to your iBuild Project Manager for processing. Reimbursement will be issued as a credit or refund at iBuild's discretion.
- Trigger. Reimbursement is contingent on the customer having entered into a signed Supply Contract with iBuild. Signing a Preliminary Agreement alone does not qualify.
- Limit. One reimbursement per iBuild project. This offer cannot be combined with any other iBuild accommodation or travel reimbursement offer (including the Factory Open Day travel reimbursement).
- Booking. All bookings must be made directly through the property's own booking channels (e.g. the property's website, Airbnb, or Vrbo). iBuild does not manage bookings, availability, or accommodation arrangements.
- General. This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. iBuild reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. iBuild is not the operator of the accommodation and accepts no liability for the stay itself.
Reservoir Station
Reservoir, Melbourne, Victoria
Reservoir Station is a completed iBuild project and a working public railway station in Melbourne's north. iBuild designed, manufactured, and installed the station's modular buildings in partnership with head contractor John Holland, as part of the Victorian Government's level crossing removal program.
It became Australia's first train station to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star As Built rating by the Green Building Council of Australia - and also achieved the highest-level 'Leading' rating from the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia.
While it's a public building rather than a home, Reservoir Station is an outstanding opportunity to see iBuild's engineering, build quality, and finish at landmark scale - right here in Melbourne.
