12 for 12 Anniversary Competition
Share your iBuild story
To celebrate 12 years of iBuild, we are inviting customers to share the moments that show their home journey best. After verification, your entry receives a 12-Year Celebration Pack valued at $120, and is automatically judged for one of 12 x $1,000 gift cards. Every extra 12 photos or a video of at least 120 seconds counts as another entry, up to 12 entries per customer.
As part of this value exchange, every entrant grants iBuild permission to use their submitted photos and videos in marketing, website, social media, press, printed materials and the iBuild Client Projects Public MapView. You may withdraw the licence for future use by written notice to iBuild.

Who can enter?
Australian residents aged 18 or over who have entered into a Preliminary Design Agreement or a kit home supply contract with iBuild.
What if my home isn't finished yet?
You can still enter. Submit photos of yourself pointing at or standing on your vacant block instead of the "in front of your home" shots. Same rules for everything else.
What kind of photos do we need?
Twelve high-resolution photos (JPG or PNG, minimum 2 megapixels), including at least 3 with you or your family (pets welcome) smiling in front of your iBuild home. Show us the whole journey if you can - block, build in progress, completed home, and how you're living in it.
Do I have to let iBuild use my photos?
Yes - granting permission for iBuild to feature your photos and any video on our website, social media and press is part of entering. In return, every entry receives a $120 Celebration Pack and goes into judging for the gift cards. You can ask us to stop using your content in future materials at any time.
How are winners chosen?
A panel of five judges scores every eligible entry against five criteria: photo quality, authenticity, storytelling, showcasing your home, and creativity. Each criterion is out of 20, for a maximum of 100. This is a competition of skill - not a random draw.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Every additional set of 12 photos, or a video with at least 120 seconds, counts as a further entry into judging - up to a maximum of 12 entries per customer.
When will winners be announced?
Round 1 winners are announced on 12 January 2027 and Round 2 winners on 12 July 2027. Six winners per round, 12 winners in total across the year.
How do I claim my prize if I win?
We'll contact you by email and phone within 5 business days of judging. To claim, you attend a 12-minute Google Meet call with the iBuild team. You have 12 weeks to book the call, and your gift card is issued within 14 days.
