The Path to Construction
With the preliminary agreement now signed and the initial fee paid, Katherine and Sonja have officially initiated the Design stage of iBuild’s DADA framework (Design, Approvals, Delivery, and Assembly). They are currently working with a dedicated project team – including qualified building designers – to finalise their preliminary drawings.
While the journey is just beginning, the roadmap forward is clear. After years of searching and navigating inflated quotes, building a home in regional Victoria finally feels genuinely achievable.
