“I was looking to expand into another property, but the market’s been really high. So I figured I’ve got land already – why not just spend a fraction of the price and get more yield from it?”
When researching granny flat providers online, Brandon was drawn to iBuild for its mix of affordability, design appeal, and Australian-made quality.
“I went on the internet and saw a few other companies. A lot of them were pretty simple but really costly. iBuild’s designs were a cut above – the cost was better, and the quality was here, made in Australia, not shipped from anywhere else.”
