iBuild’s successful pivot to online during the pandemic has been featured in a news story published by The Fifth Estate.

Facing the challenges of the pandemic, iBuild transitioned from in person display homes to a series of virtual reality 3D showrooms. The endeavours of the company’s digital initiatives enabled iBuild to tap into the African market, contributing to a multi-million dollar German foreign aid project in Senegal. 

iBuild utilises the “Australian-made” claim, as a powerful selling point, to boost interest. Managing Director, Jackson Yin said:

“International clients know the rigours of Australian design and construction standards, they know how strict our consumer laws are and the quality of our manufacturing,”

Mr Yin says that without the push to develop online services, the international growth would not have been possible.
