Below are the terms and conditions for our current promotions. Please read them carefully to understand the details and requirements for each offer.
- FREE PLANS & ENERGY REPORT
- The initial preliminary design fee will be credited to your contract deposit.
- You will receive free architectural plans for any of our standard kit home designs and a complimentary energy report once you sign a contract and choose iBuild as your home kit supplier.
- PRICE LOCK FOR 6 MONTHS
- Your contract price will remain fixed for six months from the contract date.
- If project procurement has not commenced within this period due to pending building permits or other reasons, the contract price may be adjusted thereafter. This adjustment may include iBuild’s quarterly price increase, typically 1% per quarter, starting after the six-month lock-in period. Any quarterly price increase during the initial six-month period is waived.
- 10% OFF APPROVAL SERVICE
- Enjoy a 10% discount on iBuild’s expert approval service to assist you through the planning and building approvals process.
- The 10% discount does not apply to any fees charged by third parties.
- The cost associated with documentation and services provided by third-party consultants, including but not limited to title documents, survey documents, DA council application fees, geotechnical surveys, structural engineering, building/surveyor/certifier & permit fees, and council property information certificates, is not covered by the approval service fee. Therefore, the 10% discount is not applicable to any third-party charges.
- For the benefit of transparency and integrity, clients are expected to make direct payments to any third-party consultant referred by iBuild and endorsed by the client.
