About Eva’s Property
Eva Gray, a mum of five, reached out to us with her intentions to build her family home on her 294 m² plot in south-east Queensland. After careful consultation and planning, we provided Eva with the design of the Kit Homes Gold Coast.
However, with easily customisable floor plans, her final plan includes a two storey home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and over 200 m² of modern living space.
The Kit Homes Gold Coast plan also includes a parents retreat, theatre room and an alfresco dining area in her verandah.
