Kit Homes Elanora Heights

Our client Bruce Ovenden who is also a licensed builder, chose our very popular two-bedroom Parramatta design for a granny flat to his mum at the back of her residence in Elanora Heights. Bruce said:

Bruce likes the floor plan of our standard Parramatta Kit Home design. But he was also keen to make certain changes to the plan, in order to better suit his needs. Bruce elected to change the sizes of rooms and the door and window placements, and also use a totally different roof.

The design and build process began in December 2017. iBuild assisted Bruce with the design, plan and supply of his 2-Bedroom Kit Home. The Granny Flat included two bedrooms, an open plan living area with kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
