iBuild further expands its horizons in Sydney
As the expansion of affordable kit homes continues in Sydney, the historical coal mining village Bulli opens its doors to a new Kit home.
Bulli client Charlie, envisioned to build an affordable kit home design called Parramatta in just 15 days which was a big challenge however iBuild managed to complete this and once again meet the needs of our clients.
Construction began in April when Charlie obtained relevant approvals from the council to begin work on the project.
The iBuild team worked closely with Charlie and his builder on acquiring and delivering building materials to the project site on time, so that Charlie could complete the lockup of the kit home in a matter of 15 working days.
This was an exceptional accomplishment considering the minimal time frame set and having to send deliveries or material to an offsite location in Bulli – due to the property having a narrow driveway which didn’t allow trucks to reach the site.
The flexibility of iBuild allowed for Charlie’s designs to be altered and refined. Furthermore, delivery times were able to be achieved in a timely manner. Regardless of the short time frame Charlie was still able to incorporate all his ideas with help of the iBuild team, displaying that anything is possible.
Charlie remained actively involved in the planning and building process. Through iBuild’s communication system, he was able to interact with the team on a daily basis about the progression of his home.
