iBuild Continuing Expansion to Sydney
iBuild is continuing to expand its affordable kit homes in Sydney, this time in the historic coal mining village of Bulli.
The town of Bulli is one of scenic views and excellent cafes and derives its name from the Aboriginal term meaning 'two mountains'.
iBuild faced its own mountain to climb after Bulli client Charlie envisioned to build an affordable kit home design called Parramatta in just 15 days.
Construction began in April this year when Charlie obtained relevant approvals from the council to begin work on the project.
iBuild team worked closely with Charlie and his builder on procuring and delivering building materials to the project site on time, so that Charlie could complete the lockup of the kit home in a matter of 15 working days.
This was an exceptional feat considering the time included having to send deliveries or material to an offsite location in Bulli - due to the property having a narrow driveway which didn't allow trucks to reach the site.
Thanks to the flexibility iBuild offers with design and timing, Charlie was able to not only customise his own kit home but also arrange for a delivery of specific materials to make sure his plans went ahead in a timely manner.
Charlie remained actively involved in the planning and building process. Through iBuild's communication system, he was able to interact with the team at iBuild on a daily basis about the progress of his home.
Not only did Charlie get a stronger, smarter and more affordable home, he also received his dream home. If you’re looking to create your own dream kit home like Charlie, the team at iBuild would love to help you.
