For David, that time had come.
An air traffic controller by trade, David’s professional life revolves around discipline, process, and clear communication. He’s brought the same methodical instinct to property over the years, having renovated and leased several homes. But when it came to building from scratch, he hit a wall he hadn’t expected.
The Roadblock
Before coming to iBuild, David spent two years researching, planning, and trying to get the approvals process moving on his own. Despite his experience, the sheer volume of information kept slowing him down.
“It just seems like such a big process, and for someone that’s time-poor it was just continually kicking it down the road. The biggest roadblock in me moving forward faster was being able to see the full pathway.”
